Welcome to Hematology Explained. My name is George, and I’m a registered nurse specializing in oncology and hematology. This website is more than just a collection of facts—it’s a deeply personal endeavor that grew out of my own experiences supporting my late mother through her battle with cancer. During that journey, I witnessed firsthand how confusing and isolating a diagnosis can be.
